Little Lester was brought to the clinic in late 2016 with a badly broken hind leg, after being hit by a car. By the time he had recovered from his amputation he had become an integral part of the family, and so with no home to go back to we decided to give him one here with us.
Don't be fooled by his missing hind leg, Lester is just as quick and agile as the rest of our residents! He is a typical playful puppy and absolutely loves getting attention from (and licking) all of our volunteers, as well as playing with his pen-mate Monk or anyone else who is willing! He is very vocal and full of energy, and definitely doesn't like to be left alone. Cuddle-bug Lester would be absolutely over the moon to have his own family who could give him loads of attention and love, and he will definitely give it right back!
